We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great pool that was clean and perfect for swimming lengths. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location near the Mekong river added to the charm of this place.

Fantastic hotel with great staff and beautiful comfortable rooms. They have a great pool that hardly anyone uses. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is cheap and the food is excellent. We stayed 3 days longer we enjoyed it so much.

Vientiane is only good for a couple of days and don't take a tuk tuk to the buddha park as its a long ride and the road cuts up about the freedom bridge area so you take a real pounding.

I stayed at this hotel recently and I had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were friendly, attentive, and provided five-star service. The room amenities were outstanding, with a mini-bar, a comfortable sitting area, a modern shower, and a flat-screen TV. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a carpeted floor that added a touch of luxury. The dining options were great, with a wide variety of delicious food. The leisure facilities, including Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, were also excellent. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

Just little far from city center.

The Luexay Hotel seems to be geared more toward the business traveller than the tourist. This opinion is simply based on the location as it is a little out of the ways of the tourist attractions/areas of Vientiane. Having said that the facilities are good and the pool is an excellent bonus. I found all staff to be very helpful and courteous and the room to be well presented. I would recommend this hotel for a business traveller but not for a young family.

Location was not the best, a little out of the way. Very few resturant alternatives, other than the hotel's, nearby. I was also disappointed that the childrens playground/play area, as listed on the website, did not exist. This was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Nice room with beautiful pool view. Complimentary airport transfer and welcome drink were nice touches. the staff was friendly and helpful in assisting with our needs. the bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday which we appreciated. the location was great with easy access to the city center and restaurants.

The breakfast was very disappointing. the food was cold and there were not many options.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center and main tourist areas. It took us around 30 minutes to walk to the popular attractions.
